  3. I was clicking through the recipes and some of the links no longer work. Maybe you took down some posts? The ones I found (I started clicking a bunch) were for the chocolate banana cupcakes with peanut butter frosting, noodles with almond ginger sauce, stir-fried veggies & crispy tofu, and best chocolate pudding. Not sure if there are more missing. Just thought you should know just in case :)
    Hugs!

  4. What is that amazing-looking cake in the upper left corner of your primary site photo header? It looks like a walnut caramel cheesecake. I clicked through all the cake and pie links, but I couldn't find it. I'd love to make it!

    1. That is a caramel apple pie, Amanda :) It's in my e-book which you can buy for $7.00 here:

If you choose to buy it, it should send you a download link but if not - email me at emilyvoneuw@gmail.com and I will send it to you.

    1. I love lavender, ylang ylang and patchouli. I add about 1 teaspoon of each of those to a an equal mix of 1 cup of castor, avocado and jojba oil. =)It lasts for ever. I've only made it once and it's not even half done! Just 1/2 teaspoon a day or so.

  13. I just found your blog and I am so impressed by you. I always get so overwhelmed when I try to transition to a more raw diet. Your recipes are so great, I love that they are not over complicated by sprouting and dehydrating things for days. I am doing a green smoothie cleanse and then starting a whole foods life. I will be trying lots of your recipes so thank you for spending your time sharing them.
