Hello, dear readers. This is a pretty epic post, that, in my mind anyway, has been a long time coming! Today I wanna share my favourite cookbook titles with you. This collection is tried and true, according to my humble perspective. I get mailed a lot of cookbooks to review, and it's been this way for almost 8 years. After all my testing, behold: the best of the best.

This collection is based on a few criteria of mine:
- ease and quality of the recipes (instructions and results)
- an abundance of stylish photography
- gorgeous aesthetics and design

You don't only get great food in these books, you get beautiful pieces of art/work to hold and cherish. Note that some of these books lean more in the direction of reliably delicious recipes (like Chloe Flavor), while others lean more in the direction of lovely design (like Pana Chocolate). Most, however, balance all these criteria perfectly (like The First Mess Cookbook). Just click the links to read more about each book and what it offers. I have linked all the books to Amazon.com with my Influencer URL, so when you buy a book, I get a few bucks. (Thanks for helping me pay my bills!) The list in no particular order. Get drooling, get reading, get cooking!

Oh, and yes, I have written some cookbooks myself. You can guy them Amazon as well.

xo, em

These books would be a good source for new and improved vegan recipes. I would surely buy some of these.

Yes, an EPIC post! Thank you for sharing your picks! I look forward to checking out some of these from the library and will for sure come back to buy em through your links when I decide on a couple of good ones. I think I'll start randomly with Smith & Daughters. Have you tried any recipes from their book that you liked a lot?
