product review: della fashion

I am the luckiest girl in the world! I get free vegan clothes! This mega cool clothing company called Della contacted me a few weeks ago and offered to send me an item of my choosing so I could help spread the word about their products and ethics. Imma do just that right now.

Della is one rad company. First of all, they are PETA-approved so you know they're legit. On top of being 100% animal cruelty free, they treat people pretty great too. In their own words they are "a socially responsible fashion line that empowers women in Ghana, West Africa." I can attest to this after a little research. Every item is lovingly handcrafted by men and women in Ghana using local fabrics, and profits go towards further education, employment and development in the region.

If that ain't enough to make you love them, Della's actual clothes are uber adorable! Look at this top, yo! And all their other pieces right here. I think the prints are funky enough to be unique, but subtle enough to go with anything. I predict I will be wearing this for the rest of summer. Note: my skirt is vintage so hands off.

The best part? Della is sold at Urban Outfitters! That's right, folks. You can go out to your nearest UO today and buy some beautiful, hand-made, sustainable, vegan clothes for your sum-sum-summer time fun. Or get 'em online. I'm not usually into buying new clothes but when they're this positive for people, animals and the planet - you can count me in.

P.S. HAVE YOU SEEN MY BRAND NEW TATTOO!? I AM SO HAPPY ABOUT IT. BE HERE NOW.
