Recipe roundups seem to be pretty popular, since they throw together all the best options for certain holidays, events, etc. In this case, the theme is Christmas. I'll start off by saying that there are endless choices for what to make, but the ones I have chosen to include here are simply past favourites of mine that I think everyone will be able to appreciate. Pretty much all these recipes are raw, except for the mostly raw potoato salad (you gotta steam or boil the potatoes). Let's get un-cookin'!

Merry Christmas Emily :)
What a great recipe that tastes sooo great. I make a broccoli and or cauliflower soup by cooking either or both and whirring in my blender with cooking liquid, salt, pepper, and garlic and herbs. It too is a great way to get vegetables included in your diet and it's hot when the weather is cold.

Wow! Everything looks so yummy. I think you should open your own raw vegan café. I would be in heaven :)

I love it! You're right, the recipe round ups are exploding everywhere and I'm guilty of doing them quite often. I just love how it's a blast of ideas all at once! It also is nice to be reminded of things that have been posted in the past (or elsewhere) because it's so easy to overlook recipes from way back when ..

Hello Emily,
This list looks great! But I was wondering if you could do an update on this post, since it's been a few years since you posted this.
Thanks in advance!
