This smoothie is a weird colour but I promise it's really yummy. Would I lie to you? (I hope you said no...) This was my delicious post-workout snack. Mmm... blended fruit. Ain't nothing better. If you don't want to use protein powder, go ahead and use hemp seeds instead, or leave out the protein altogether and enjoy the simple sweetness of nature's candy.
peaches and cream smoothie: makes about 3 cups
1 cup frozen peaches (or other fruit)
1 banana
1 scoop vega protein powder (or 2 tablespoons hemp seeds)
1-2 cups vegan milk (or water)
Blend. Slurp. Smile.
